Our dedicated moving team is ready to take you through the moving process for your existing service and make personalised recommendations based on your household needs.

 

What you will need:

  • You'll need your new address, preferred connected date and disconnection date of your old service (these can overlap up to 7 days)
  • You'll also need the appropriate authorisation to move services, see the section below
  • Depending on your new address, your service offerings may vary and your plans may need to change. We will check in this application and walk you through any changes.
